YouTube Help is HERE!

YouTube help is HERE

YouTube help is HERE! I get a lot of questions from my metal detecting friends and colleagues about my YouTube channel. They tend to ask me questions about starting a YouTube channel and how to get more subscribers, views on their videos etc. So what did I do about it? I made some videos to help answer some of your questions.

YouTube Road Rash.. I lived it.

Even though I’m not an “expert” per se on YouTube, I have been around long enough to study the good channels. I figured out what made them successful and I can also see what could they could be doing better.

However, I’ll be the first to admit that I did a lot of things wrong with my channel. I didn’t know what I was doing in the beginning and I have the YouTube road rash to prove it. But I have generated over 4 millions views on my channel over the years. Most of it was pure luck. If I only knew then what I know now, my channel could have done better. Don’t miss your opportunity.

Today I’m Giving Something Back.

With all that road rash behind me, I decided to do something different. I’m going to help those of you who are thinking about starting a YouTube channel or those of you who have a channel but are struggling. In addition, I want to help those channels close to 1000 subscribers make it over that major milestone.

A few weeks ago, I made the command decision to set out and launch a series of videos for those who are looking into ways where they can increase their subscribers and views on their YouTube channel. I’ve spent the last 6 months researching and applying some of these techniques that I’m going to share with you in the video below. I think my 5 Channel Tips will help you get more views on your videos and subscribers on your channel and if they do let me know.

More Tutorials Are on The Way.

Depending on how these new videos perform and the response I get from YOU will determine how many of these I will end up doing. I have more Channel tips ready to go! But for now, lets start with these 5 really simple tips that are broken down into the following:

  • Understanding What YouTube is Looking For
  • Video Titles
  • Video Descriptions
  • Viewer Engagement
  • Filename structure

Go ahead and watch the video below to get more of the details for each of these 5 tips.

Mental Metal

Here is a little about me. I started this hobby back in the early 90's. My first detector was a Whites 5900 DI. I found enough clad the first summer (around $400) to pay it off. Then I stopped detecting... Fortunately, I didn't give it up for good. Here I am 20+ years later and I've rediscovered the joy of metal detecting.
